1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Vision45 Software to design and deliver tailored systems, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and protection for both parties.
2. Scope of Work
The scope of work will be clearly defined and documented before any development begins.
Each project includes three minor changes at no additional cost.
Any further changes, revisions, or expansions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at the applicable rate.
3. Payments
Work will not commence until a deposit is paid.
The system will not be published or delivered until the final payment is received in full.
All payments are non‑refundable, as each system is custom‑built and tailored to the client’s specific requirements.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our solutions, no refunds will be issued once work has begun.
Deposits secure development time and resources and are therefore non‑refundable.
5. Security & Privacy
Vision45 Software integrates AES‑256 encryption into applications to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
Client data remains the property of the client. Vision45 Software does not sell, rent, or share client information with third parties.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete the project.
Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses may affect delivery timelines.
7. Intellectual Property
Vision45 Software retains ownership of development methodologies, frameworks, and tools used in building systems.
Clients retain ownership of their business data and the tailored solution delivered to them.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vision45 Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered systems.
Our responsibility is limited to the scope of work agreed upon and the functionality outlined in the project documentation.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable South African jurisdiction.
